• Weekly job alert emails
• Online payments for employer plans
• Account creation via email or Google Sign-In

The Platform may add or remove features at any time.

4. Account Registration

When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

You may not:

• Create accounts on behalf of others without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated scripts to create accounts

The Platform may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Post jobs that are illegal, misleading, or unrelated to employment
• Harass, threaten, or abuse users
• Attempt to collect data from other users without consent
• Upload harmful files, malware, or phishing content
• Scrape or harvest Platform data

Employers and recruiters must ensure:

• Job postings are genuine
• Contact information is valid
• Their use of candidate data complies with privacy laws

6. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including CVs, job descriptions, and messages.

By uploading content, you grant IQAutoJobs.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and display your content
• Share content with users for the purpose of job matching
• Use content to operate and improve the Platform

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where:

• Data must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons
• Backups may contain residual copies for a limited period

7. Paid Services & Refund Policy

Employers and recruiters may purchase paid plans, credits, or subscriptions.

Refund Policy:

• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Failure to use the service does not entitle the user to a refund.

The Platform may change prices or plans at any time with notice.

8. Messaging & Communication

The Platform provides internal messaging to facilitate job communication.

Users may not use messaging to:

• Send spam
• Solicit products/services unrelated to recruitment
• Engage in harassment or discrimination

The Platform may monitor messages only for security, abuse prevention, and policy enforcement.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with:

• Google Sign-In
• Payment processors
• Analytics tools

Your use of these services is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

IQAutoJobs.com is not responsible for issues arising from third-party integrations.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

IQAutoJobs.com does not guarantee:

• Job placement or hiring
• Accuracy or completeness of postings
• Continuous or error-free operation
• Security of data beyond reasonable industry standards

To the maximum extent permitted by Iraqi law, IQAutoJobs.com is not liable for:

• Loss of employment opportunities
• Loss of revenue or business
• Data loss
• Unauthorized access
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Platform.

11. Termination

IQAutoJobs.com may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abusive or illegal behavior
• Pose a security risk

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Erbil, Iraq.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Platform may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
