1.1 Confidential Job Postings

Some employers may choose to publish job opportunities under the IQAutoJobs name for confidentiality purposes. In such cases, the actual employer’s identity and company details may not be publicly disclosed during part or all of the recruitment process.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the job posting, jobs displayed under the IQAutoJobs name do not mean that IQAutoJobs.com is the hiring employer. IQAutoJobs.com acts solely as a technology and recruitment platform facilitating connections between employers, recruiters, and candidates. The respective employer remains solely responsible for candidate evaluation, interviews, hiring decisions, employment offers, and all recruitment-related processes.

IQAutoJobs does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or guarantor of employment.

2. Eligibility
