Job Description
  • Assists in the recruitment and selection of Baghdad staff including preparing all relevant selection, schedule interviews, ads preparation, documentation.

  • Conducts the onboarding and offboarding of Baghdad new joiners and leaver. Ensures that all papers are available, for both, onboarding & offboarding.

  • Reviews attendance system records and data and prepare required attendance report for payroll preparation.

  • Ensures that effective and confidential record‐keeping and data management systems are implemented in relation to: Personal files, Performance review and development, Training and development; Credentials and all recruitment documentation.

  • Assists employees in getting relevant documents and/or letters, from HR, and support in onboarding processes of new employees paper works in coordination with HR. Assist in employee’s relations management with HR Team.

  • Serves as a main point of contact for all policy and compliance related inquiries and issues, both internally and externally by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

  • Compiles reports and statistics with regard to all HR matters from the HR data and other HR systems on a monthly or quarterly basis.

  • Researches and monitors HR trends, best practices, legislation and legal requirements with the aim of developing/updating systems, tools and practices and provide recommendations to HR Director.

  • Supports line manager in preparation JDs, HR Manual, Employee Handbook and all relevant HR processes documents as required.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department in all HR functions including, but not limited, to the Performance Management, Training and Development and leaves Management
    Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
