Job Summary
Arizanti is seeking motivated and customer-focused Operations Assistant to join a well-known luxury home brand showroom in Erbil. Candidates with relevant experience or strong potential are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure the showroom operates smoothly and efficiently
· Support both sales activities and overall customer experience
· Manage inventory and track stock levels
· Coordinate product deliveries and logistics between warehouse and customer side
· Oversee order fulfillment processes
· Maintain showroom organization and readiness at all times
· Ensure timely product availability
· Support smooth internal operations and workflow
· Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
· Previous experience in data entry and system follow up
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
