Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with a network of brokers and fleet customers, understanding their needs and positioning Jameel Motors Iraq as their preferred automotive partner.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, expanding our reach and market share for our diverse range of vehicles.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and associated services by effectively presenting tailored solutions.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, pricing strategies, and product offerings, providing valuable insights to the sales management team.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing, finance, and after-sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery.
Provide comprehensive product knowledge and demonstration of our vehicle lineup, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages to brokers and their clients.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and administrative documentation in a timely manner.
Actively participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry expertise, embodying our 'Improve' value.
Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations, upholding the 'Respect' principle in every interaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience within the automotive industry or B2B sales of high-value products.
Proven ability to develop and manage a network of brokers or partners, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Kurdish and English required; Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of the automotive market in Erbil and surrounding regions, including customer preferences and competitive landscape.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Iraqi driving license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
